It can easily alienate new users and make them look for other programs. It can also be a suitable application for company employees who work more regularly. Pros	No answers on this topic	Simple and intuitive boards. User-friendly “templates” that make it easy for most users to get started using it as a teamwork space. Cons	No answers on this topic	Just maybe some fine-tuning here and there about some choice in terms of UI and maybe trim down a bit some graphically appealing things which are sometimes taking over the effectiveness The solution is really rich and maybe including more tutorials would be great to reduce the learning curve when using more advanced capabilities. I wish the session functionality would give me more freedom to switch between different activities and reactivate some e.g. a survey.
