I like the seamless functionality of Beeline and how it integrates into corporations that utilize the services for time and project tracking. Having a one-stop place for time approval and invoicing is a huge plus.
I have utilized IQnavigator, which is not appealing to the eye, does not provide too many options and is slower to take effect. Beeline, although it has room for improvement, is leaps and bounds better than the IQnavigator product.
I was not an active use of Fieldglass, but based on what I saw of its interface and functionality, the candidate and requisition management functions of Beeline were far superior - easier to use, and easier to make sense of the information it was being used for.
Again, I didn't select Beeline, our clients did. But in comparing these products from a user perspective, I would rank Beeline about on par with the rest. IQNavigator and Fieldglass are probably the best ones, and Covendis is by far the worst. The rest are fairly similar, and …
It was not my decision to use it, it was the software available for that current campaign in the company, being honest while both of them are excellent to work with, the design in OnShift is more user friendly, most of my colleagues were in agreement with that, as for Workmate, …
[Beeline VMS is well suited for] MSP's monitoring a contingent workforce. Could have a cheaper option for agencies to use on a sweeping basis with their clients. As some still use excel sheets and emails for contractors to submit their time. So having solutions for that level of service
Workmate has helped us a lot in the failures we had in the payroll, which was one of the biggest problems we had in the department and of which there had already been complaints from employees. But since we have this software in the office, employees are already satisfied with their payments and we in the department are happy to use it.
I think Beeline is one of the best tools, I like Fieldglass the best but beeline comes in a close 2nd. Beeline is easy to navigate around for most things, it is a little difficult to find some information however most of the time it is pretty easy and nice to use
The training came from one of our associates it was not directly from a Workmate employee, however, it was good enough to let us understand it, and the person who gave us the training was open to ask questions even after the training ended, however as it was really easy to use, we only contacted him for small details.
