To be honest, I don't use it as much as I could, but it works well for me, and I would recommend it to any recruiters out there that are looking to make placements. Return on Investment	I can access from anywhere allowing me to travel without having to bring along paper files. Using BB has improved my candidate management helping to stay on top of interviews and follow ups.
