Billhighway vs. StarChapter

It's literally never as useful as it could be. I and every member of my sorority have problems with literally every function on the website. If I could get my sorority to use any different platform I would do it. It's so bad and it takes up so much of our budget, just 10s of thousands of dollars wasted in processing fees on a website that barely works and is hard to use

StarChapter is a great tool to send blast communications to your clients. It is also a great tool for tracking revenue. The only thing I do not appreciate is that it is not user friendly or intuitive.

• Website's back-end could be more updated with templates that are editable like wordpress
• Back-end email generator could function like a Constant Contact or MailChimp with features to make emails nicer and more modern looking
• More customizable fields that could be added to any form

They create these long chains of responses. So for everything you write in they repeat what you wrote and then respond to it. It gets very confusing trying to figure out where the conversation is sometimes especially on a long trail of back and forth.

I didn't select StarChapter it came with my role. But if they continue to improve, I see no reason to change either.
