Birchstreet eProcurement vs. Procurify

It is well suited for large companies with an A/P department for processing electronic and check payments for invoices. I would struggle to find it of much value if the hotel property was cutting the checks itself.

Procurify is well suited for Purchasing approvals, and Expense Reimbursement Approvals. The app made it effortless to request for expense reimbursements.

• It allows for quick entry of invoices to submit for payment.
• It has the ability to manage capital purchases.

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• It will periodically be unavailable due to technical difficulties.
• Sometimes invoices will appear twice in the system even though it's supposed to detect and delete duplicates.

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.
