BoardPro is on a different playing field than Monday.com, in fact, BoardPro is in a league of it's own. I used Monday.com at a different organisation board and actually found that I did not use it. I found it easier to download and read the PDF board pack that was provided to …
StellarLibrary I looked at both of these products and preferred the BoardPro UI - my decision to go with this product was also based on recommendation from Board Members who had used it elsewhere. Since using it on one Board, I have purchased a licence for it on behalf of two …
Much easier to annotate documents, better User Interface which makes it very easy to access material discussed in earlier Meetings; also very easy to navigate between different topics on the agenda.
The best scenarios for the use of BoardPro are highlighted when there is planning, development, coordination, execution and monitoring of projects and activities, in addition to being an information panel for all the members of the different teams of the organization, it provides the ability to hold meetings, an integrating element that stands out from other software. The management of the boards is exceptionally intuitive and easy to use, in addition to simplifying its content in a way that is easy to understand for all people, granting continuity and consistency to the work or works to be developed. An area of opportunity where it could be developed in a better way is offline work, since it will not be possible for your team members to work in this way.
Sherpany helps us to retrieve information from previous meetings quickly. Participants for conferences can be contacted and their records can be viewed every time, wherever, and whether they are provided by the data they collect.
Different boards for every projects in an unique platform
A common space in which team members can participate in a project, using resources as documents and minutes and can annotate them in the personal local space
For every project there are the details of every single meeting; and for every meeting you can easily look all the notes and the minutes taken
Changes with new versions should be well communicated in advance and consider in more detail the impact on existing boardrooms
Too expensive
Generally, more possibilities for customizing e.g. it should be possible to define security levels for access individually (why do I have to retype my email every time I synchronize?) or it should be up to the users whether and how they want to use labels (why can I only have one label per document?)

The only negative thing I can see is that members can be victims of technostress and sometimes forget their password, how to find a document in a session. My role is to help them, reassure them and find a solution with them
The positive is that all our members are often members of several committees at once and instead of receiving folders with a ton of documents, which are often cumbersome and heavy, everything is on the IPads. They can also annotate their documents as they want.
