Monthly and annual options. In addition to BoldSign's web app options, API plans are also available. A free sandbox is available that allows you to integrate BoldSign into an application in a testing environment.
They all have similar features, but BoldSign stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. Adobe has a business model where they are sending you ads while you are using the system and the truth is that it tends to be a bit annoying and distracting at times. I didn't like the …
The price-performance ratio is better with BoldSign. If I want to scale up to the next level and then go back, I can do it easily with BoldSign, unlike Adobe, for example. If you want to try another application, that's fine. They all do the same thing. In my experience, the …
Docusing don't offer an iFrame. Customsing documents for signature with DocuSign is a nightmare. DocuSign customer service is terrible, as bad as Microsoft...
Our company uses BoldSign over its competitors because of its ease of use and functionality for the manner in which we employ it. We can quickly upload documents that need execution and get them circulated to all parties immediately to do so. This saves us tremendous amounts of …
Much easier to work with and support is much better. In my experience, Docusign is just not an easy company to deal with. And, in my experience, whenever we tried to add a particular feature in our integration, Docusign would force us to upgrade to some higher level. I found …
These competitors provide mediocre and feature-bloated offerings that are simply a pain to use. For example, building templates in the aforementioned tools is like pulling teeth. The editor is finicky. BoldSign, by contrast is simple and generally intuitive, thereby making it …
BoldSign keeps digital signing simple and easy. DocuSign is bloated and incredibly expensive and too complex for signing documents required by a small business like mine.
I looked at other options such as DocuSign and they're fairly expensive. The decision to go with eSign Genie had a lot to do with pricing. Once I selected them I was happy with the choice.
eSign Genie was super easy to use and much more economical. It competes well with Adobe and accomplishes the same thing at a fraction of the cost. It took minutes to get this going.
I dumped DocuSign because I could not get any customer service from them. They seem to work via email and consistently replied to EVERY customer service request I had with "We were unable to reach you so we will be closing this issue." After the third time they did this (with …
Neither DocuSign or Adobe (echosign) offered all the features I needed like
condition fields. Plus, with [their] inability to offer any real quality customer support switching was the best thing for us. Also, since eSign Genie was 75% less expensive [it] was an easy decision …
eSign Genie made contacting customer support way easier than any other platform! I was able to get my questions answered and negotiate a contract within hours instead of weeks.
I liked the variety of options that Adobe had for creating fields, checkboxes and the fact that you didn't have to have a coding field. For example you could create a checkbox {{[]}} with this type of coding, where eSign Genie requires a whole line of coding to get a checkbox …
eSign Genie stacks up with Adobe Sign. I find that the functionality of eSign Genie is easier to navigate and I think the option to include a personal note or instruction. I'm not able to do that with Adobe Sign. The pricing is so much more reasonable for eSign Genie and I see …
The price point is better than other products and allows all the same features. The learning curve is low and there’s multi functional across the organization.
We have used other e-sign platforms, but we have found that eSign Genie, although not a huge company, has performed well and met our needs on every level. I especially like how there is no monthly subscription, and we can have access to all input field types without having to …
Seem less professional and harder to use, slightly less easy to use than DocuSign. The price is much better though and I've found it does just as well. Not sure how it stacks up legally-wise to DocuSign?
BoldSign is perfect for the small business or startup that needs a legally-binding solution to digitally sign contracts/agreements between 2 parties or more. It's no frills and super easy to use, and requires no training to understand how to use. BoldSign is less appropriate for organisations that require complex integrations and automation capabilities for their digital signature solution.
eSign Genie has completely streamlined our tedious document process and helps us to easily manage our documents from signature to delivery and even with ongoing storage. This enhancement saves us time, money, and headaches and has been a true lifesaver for our organization and for our customers. I highly recommend it!
It would be great if BoldSign saved my signature in my account to use each time
It might be easier if you could select signature (or any heading for that matter) and click where you want it instead of dragging it to where you want it.
It would be nice if completed document’s automatically saved to a selected folder for safe keeping.
Great product. Great price. Free for up to 25 signatures for one persons account. Having a group using it under one account is even a great price. Much cheaper than all the alternatives out there and does the same stuff the others do
The tool is inexpensive and good value. We don't need a ton of eSign capabilities and this one provides what we need for a low cost given our low volume.
Very straight forward to use and customers understand the service. No questions or need for me to explain. The free tier is amazing and has locked me in as a customer for when we're big enough to need the paid version.
At the beginning I had a question so I emailed them. Response was super quick. Other then that I have not had to contact them for any help. System is easy to use
eSign Genie has live chat support virtually twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. They also have phone and email support as well. On the few occasions that I have had to contact support, they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's been a pleasure working with the folks at eSign Genie.
The price-performance ratio is better with BoldSign. If I want to scale up to the next level and then go back, I can do it easily with BoldSign, unlike Adobe, for example. If you want to try another application, that's fine. They all do the same thing. In my experience, the ease of use, sourcing and functionality was perfect with BoldSign.
Adobe Sign, despite coming from one of the best known brands in software, is the most frustrating and poorly-supported platform I've ever used. HelloSign and PandaDoc are good platforms - although the cost a bit more than eSignGenie, they are ahead on some features (not all)... depending on your exact use case, I'd consider them. However, for my simple use case, eSigngenie is the clear winner!
I am sure that the paid version would be extremely beneficial if you did a bunch of contracts. I just started using the program, so not too many contracts yet. If I need to upgrade my subscription, the price will be well worth it.
Creating a document that is easy for a client to understand and complete is a game changer. We are already experiencing a higher document completion rate than when we were with either DocuSign or Adobe (echosign)
With the number of completed documents on the rise with our company, having the incredible pricing structure that eSign Genie offers is a huge money saver for us
Not having to spend so much time with clients explaining how to complete the forms is saving us huge in customer support cost.
