Monthly and annual options. In addition to BoldSign's web app options, API plans are also available. A free sandbox is available that allows you to integrate BoldSign into an application in a testing environment.
They all have similar features, but BoldSign stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. Adobe has a business model where they are sending you ads while you are using the system and the truth is that it tends to be a bit annoying and distracting at times. I didn't like the …
The price-performance ratio is better with BoldSign. If I want to scale up to the next level and then go back, I can do it easily with BoldSign, unlike Adobe, for example. If you want to try another application, that's fine. They all do the same thing. In my experience, the …
Docusing don't offer an iFrame. Customsing documents for signature with DocuSign is a nightmare. DocuSign customer service is terrible, as bad as Microsoft...
Our company uses BoldSign over its competitors because of its ease of use and functionality for the manner in which we employ it. We can quickly upload documents that need execution and get them circulated to all parties immediately to do so. This saves us tremendous amounts of …
Much easier to work with and support is much better. In my experience, Docusign is just not an easy company to deal with. And, in my experience, whenever we tried to add a particular feature in our integration, Docusign would force us to upgrade to some higher level. I found …
These competitors provide mediocre and feature-bloated offerings that are simply a pain to use. For example, building templates in the aforementioned tools is like pulling teeth. The editor is finicky. BoldSign, by contrast is simple and generally intuitive, thereby making it …
BoldSign keeps digital signing simple and easy. DocuSign is bloated and incredibly expensive and too complex for signing documents required by a small business like mine.
Both have their own merits and demerits. GetAccept helps us securely sign documents which is very useful as compared to the others. It is suited for us as we work with a lot of proposals that are issued frequently. We selected GetAccept because of their humanized sales …
This is the first time I have used software like GetAccept after it was recommended to me by a colleague. Therefore I cannot compare with other similar software. Indeed, the shortcomings of GetAccept (such as the interface to be improved or the difficulty in using the same …
Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. It has the maximum features as compared to its competitors which are a quite useful and enhanced program that enables in order to do the CRM easy. Also, it provides particular support to the problems which we faced …
As an alternative to PandaDoc, GetAccept is efficiently integrated into our CRM platform. It makes it simple to manage contracts and addendum for many customers. Automated emails and templates are the most timesaving features of the software. For sending cold emails, these …
GetAccepted is very similar to other softwares in some aspects but it has very remarkable differences, for example the other softwares not track each page that the customer reviwed the document sent. In addition the account in Get accepted is more complete, something that I …
HubSpot is an entire CRM platform that has the capability to send agreements with their quotes feature. GetAccept is online, a software for signing and sending contracts and a great one at that. I'd say there's no need to pick one or the other - pick both. They have an …
GetAccept is far easier to use than both of the options listed above. DocuSign does a lot of things that small and mid-market companies don't need, and is more expensive. PandaDoc was difficult to edit and the Salesforce integration was hard to use as a rep.
The decision to switch from Octiv to GetAccept happened when I was a newer rep at the company. I was not involved in the decision-making process. From what I know, individual sales reps were looking for an easier-to-use platform. I liked the real-time text notifications on both …
DocuSign provides the same level of functionality as GetAccept, but with a smaller, more attentive customer service team. Due to their size, I believe GetAccept can pivot quicker and configure themselves more easily to fit our organization's individual needs. DocuSign is …
BoldSign is perfect for the small business or startup that needs a legally-binding solution to digitally sign contracts/agreements between 2 parties or more. It's no frills and super easy to use, and requires no training to understand how to use. BoldSign is less appropriate for organisations that require complex integrations and automation capabilities for their digital signature solution.
GetAccept has shown great progress in the digital electronic signature market, we have had almost no problems since adopting it, although at some point we thought about stopping using the GetAccept server. It is very practical for both the client and the advisor using it. It has a very intuitive interface and the management is amazing.
The ability to forward agreements along with a video of me describing the agreements. It makes it more personalized and it's always well received by the recipient.
You can track in real time when a document has been viewed and for how long.
You can always reference the history of each client agreement. Easy access.
It would be great if BoldSign saved my signature in my account to use each time
It might be easier if you could select signature (or any heading for that matter) and click where you want it instead of dragging it to where you want it.
It would be nice if completed document’s automatically saved to a selected folder for safe keeping.
In some cases could be angry that software ask you for feedback many times, for example, when you are filling out a contract
something that happen occasionally is a little bit complicate find some documents in my screen, I mean if you could improve the way how the recent files appear on the screen could be great. not always happen but it is not good.
I would love to have templates that allow me create files in a easy way.
Great product. Great price. Free for up to 25 signatures for one persons account. Having a group using it under one account is even a great price. Much cheaper than all the alternatives out there and does the same stuff the others do
Very straight forward to use and customers understand the service. No questions or need for me to explain. The free tier is amazing and has locked me in as a customer for when we're big enough to need the paid version.
At the beginning I had a question so I emailed them. Response was super quick. Other then that I have not had to contact them for any help. System is easy to use
The Customer Support team was responsive. I typically submitted questions while I was using the app and via the web. The FAQ support base was alright. I cannot recall a time when I used that as opposed to connecting with a rep. I believe all communication was via email. Dalius was great at soliciting feedback. I particularly valued him offering support for best practices as it related to more strategic ways to use GetAccept.

If you want to try another application, that's fine. They all do the same thing. In my experience, the ease of use, sourcing and functionality was perfect with BoldSign.
Ease of use is very user-friendly in order to work on any task. I am sure that the paid version would be extremely beneficial if you did a bunch of contracts. I just started using the program, so not too many contracts yet. If I need to upgrade my subscription, the price will be well worth it.
It has incredibly increased the efficiency of students' work thanks to the possibility to work remotely with mobile devices.
GetAccepts has made it possible to create very realistic sales simulations, even if it is not educational software. It is therefore very flexible in its uses.
The possibility of tracking each page that is viewed helps evaluate what the Client is thinking.
