Bookafy works great to send potential clients your available times for meetings. They can schedule the meetings in less than 1 minute. They get an email notification confirming the appointment and later on, a text message with reminders, just before the event.

  • It can be difficult with the back and forth of rescheduling meetings
  • You have to remember to manually block off time on your calendar
  • The calendar tab can be confusing at times

Alternatives Considered
The main decision for Bookafy was influenced by the lifetime deal and Zoom integration. Bookafy doesn't embed as well as Calendly. It also doesn't have the ability to set up hidden meetings. MeetFox is all through a browser which is convenient for that not tech savvy but it lacked security features. Calendly feels more intuitive and easier to set up. I didn't want to keep paying monthly.
