For shorter forms, such as quizzes and exercises on an online course, FormOnce is the far superior sibling as it's able to accommodate all needs, size, length, and customization. Cons	No answers on this topic	I really wish I could put tracking pixels (i.e. AdWords conversion pixels) on the booking thank you pages. Having to direct to a thank you page on another platform is kind of a pain. The Salesforce connector pricing is a bit steep. Basic live chat capabilities would be awesome. Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	Saved me time by letting clients book their own appointments (5 hours a week). It's a professional way of doing business versus me playing phone tag to book an appointment, less work for my prospect ( at least 1-3 more sales).
