Working in agency it was nice because I had access to both. At the current company I work at I use SpyFu because our focus is on key words more than local SEO. More Info Chose BrightLocal We have used Yext in the past for our clients. The biggest reason why BrightLocal is better than Yext is that you don't lose the citations after you cancel. The client is purchasing the citations for life. More Info Chose BrightLocal BrightLocal's local ranking reports are the best ones out there. For everything else, they're just "similar" to the others and don't stand out from them. BrightLocal's online client report dashboards are also nice and not matched by the competition.
