Brightmove vs. Loxo Talent Intelligence Platform

Brightmove is well suited to a large active team of recruiters. It is too expensive to be good for a smaller shop, especially if there are several users. If you are considering this product, I recommend that you ask about upgrades and improvements, "up time", what the service response is like, what new interfaces they are planning, what will be included in the next release, and how that new release will be communicated in advance

Brightmove has worked well as we are a company with 120 employees. For as long as we stay around this size, we will continue with Brightmove, but as we grow we will start looking for an ATS that can directly tie into our CRM (NetSuite). The price point is great for the functionality when compared to other ATS solutions

The Customer Support is the best part of using this ATS vs others. They have a chat feature on the home page where you can ask a question and have a Customer Service rep help you in less than a minute. I have found that to be invaluable and a life saver on several occasions. I'm not sure you get that kind of service from a bigger ATS provider.

Brightmove is visually appealing and easy to use. It has great functionality when it comes to looking at the candidate page, job page, or a dashboard that is fully customizable. Brightmove makes it easy to post jobs to internal sites and external sites. It does lack on the corporate recruiting side, but not enough for it to not be looked at
