BrightTalk has an improved webinar repository and has an excellent use of registration for live events that allows for strict moderation of who may be joining the events. I selected BrightTalk because it seems more secure and provides an ease of use when utilizing it for …
It is easy to use and very popular, yes, but a bit too mainstream for us in our industry. BrightTALK it's more sophisticated and it's content and feels more professional to us.

Chose BrightTALK
GoToMeeting is less expensive but does not provide access to a database of users or a good platform to showcase recorded webinars in a channel. BrightTalk is created more as a marketing and content hub so is better for marketing activities.
BrightTALK stacks up well against competitors and offers ease of use and good ROI for our business. In addition, the support available during live events as well as before and after is quite helpful. There are many features and options for BrightTALK that we have not had the …
Hubilo offered greater customization features and more AI-tools for post-event content creation. Their platform was designed to build communities before and during events with great engagement and networking features for all attendees. Other platforms we explored were rigid …
Compared to GoTo Webinar, Hubilo is simply a far more powerful solution. More modern, more intuitive, more interactive. The Vimeo tool itself is also great, and the 360-degree video solution would actually be very nice, but the data exchange with HubSpot works much worse.
In all ways, Hubilo was a better value for our organization in features, cost per attendee, and support provided. Launching the platform, personalization and set up for events seemed easier than demonstrations of other products with more customization (at no extra costs) and …
Mostly because of the content and variety of people that Hubilo has, in any other case I would honestly choose the above mentioned softwares because of their ease of use and them being a better piece of software overall but nothing beats Hubilo when it comes to the content and …
We've found the suggested training to be pretty spot on, and the speakers have been good so far. The pacing is usually good to slightly fast. Most professionals don't have time to take a couple of hours a week on training or learning about new products, so we've also found the length of the meetings to be very good. The suggested classes/webinars have been good so far-- too many companies ask you to fill out a questionnaire about what you use or what you're interested in and then pigeonhole in those couple of suggestions forever. So far, we have not seen that with BrightTALK.
It is well suited when you do not care much about the UI and have a great internet connection and you need a wide variety of content on a wide number of topics provided by high value CEOs, Tech heads and entrepreneurs. Be ready, though, to face some minor bugs and small lag issues and bad video quality on low internet bandwidth
The user interface can be a bit tricky at times, as you have to dig down to find certain information. However, it is a robust interface and the information is there.
Some features, like adding questions or resources, have cut-off windows, so you cannot make last-minute additions or changes.
The bridge occasionally drops speakers, and this can be disconcerting to presenters. However, it does not happen too often.
BrightTalk has an excellent usability and is intuitive with its design. The registration of events is secure, and the connectivity to webinars is seamless
As I mentioned before, good content overall. Gets very laggy and buggy at times. Several issues with limited or low internet connectivity, can get almost unbearable at times. Could do a lot better with its UI and QnA functionality. Good content overall and great people to learn and seek guidance from

In all ways, Hubilo was a better value for our organization in features, cost per attendee, and support provided. Launching the platform, personalization and set up for events seemed easier than demonstrations of other products with more customization (at no extra costs) and user experience seemed similar if not better in some areas than the higher priced alternatives.
