BrightTalk has an improved webinar repository and has an excellent use of registration for live events that allows for strict moderation of who may be joining the events. I selected BrightTalk because it seems more secure and provides an ease of use when utilizing it for …
It is easy to use and very popular, yes, but a bit too mainstream for us in our industry. BrightTALK it's more sophisticated and it's content and feels more professional to us.

Chose BrightTALK
GoToMeeting is less expensive but does not provide access to a database of users or a good platform to showcase recorded webinars in a channel. BrightTalk is created more as a marketing and content hub so is better for marketing activities.
BrightTALK stacks up well against competitors and offers ease of use and good ROI for our business. In addition, the support available during live events as well as before and after is quite helpful. There are many features and options for BrightTALK that we have not had the …
Zuddl has been more user friendly and compared to teams and zoom. Having the chatrooms and networking tab has allowed for great communication within the teams. We have been able to work through large projects without the hassle of sending emails back and forth. It is like a one …
We've found the suggested training to be pretty spot on, and the speakers have been good so far. The pacing is usually good to slightly fast. Most professionals don't have time to take a couple of hours a week on training or learning about new products, so we've also found the length of the meetings to be very good. The suggested classes/webinars have been good so far-- too many companies ask you to fill out a questionnaire about what you use or what you're interested in and then pigeonhole in those couple of suggestions forever. So far, we have not seen that with BrightTALK.
There are very few programs that give you an organic experience to carry out the creation of multiple events dictated by our company, Zuddl is an excellent software that has a great price, once this program is installed you will have the best functions at hand to manage events of great projection and that involve a large number of people on the web, I always recommended it because of how effective it has been for us.
The user interface can be a bit tricky at times, as you have to dig down to find certain information. However, it is a robust interface and the information is there.
Some features, like adding questions or resources, have cut-off windows, so you cannot make last-minute additions or changes.
The bridge occasionally drops speakers, and this can be disconcerting to presenters. However, it does not happen too often.
The dependence of this program on a good internet flow is very high, most of the options require being connected to the cloud to automate and pre-establish certain very simple options.
This program may not be the fastest to run, it is very easy to use, but to be honest the functions can be tedious and slow to implement.
BrightTalk has an excellent usability and is intuitive with its design. The registration of events is secure, and the connectivity to webinars is seamless

One of the most common aspects that are shown every time we use Zuddl is the order and administration in each of the events, regardless of the amount of information that is handled in each of the projects.
When we want to manage and provide an excellent service to more than 500 participants, the best option will always be Zuddl, since this program is programmed to respond to large-scale events.
