When it comes to serving Ads, Doubleclick does a better job with QA and handling creative in my opinion. However the tagging system is more diverse and handy in Sizmek.
For me the main point here is the support, all the adservers offer more or less the same functionality and capabilities. The real advantage you will gain using Sizmek will be their customer support team and their open approach with other vendors.
I briefly used Trueffect prior to Sizmek. I found Sizmek to be much more advanced technology that was intuitive and provided more than just the bare bone features Trueffect offered at the time.
Both have great offerings, however they both miss points when trying to enhance day to day productivity. DoubleClick provided great detail, however Sizmek is able to show the same information with less amount of steps. Still Sizmek's interface provides what's needed but …
Despite its shortcomings, AdHawk is a neat, useful tool that provides tactical information for developing solid Facebook ad campaigns. AdHawk is great for managing smaller Facebook Ad budgets. You're able to select a truly actionable guideline in an easy to view format for decision-making. You can really optimize an ad to perform best using the data AdHawk generates
If you need a prompt support for any kind of issue, those guys really rock. I opened tickets on Friday evening getting things fixed in less than an hour. That's a critical point for demanding clients. The main weaknesses in my opinion are the user interface that is not so user friendly and the integration with Google products. This is in place but, mainly due to Google's walled garden, the environment is not so efficient.
AdHawk is extremely easy to use. Not many buttons to click to get to any area of importance. It's also very clean and sophisticated in design which makes for a pleasant experience. The optimization features even explain to you the value of going with the suggested strategy. Overall, AdHawk is a great software for managing Facebook and Google Ads
