Considered Both Products
Capterra
Chose Capterra
Capterra works best for reviews and user based comparisons.
Chose Capterra
It stacks up as the main review service, but the truth is you need to be on all the software review sites so that you can be across them all the reach all your buyers. Overall its a great tool, would recommend.
Chose Capterra
Capterra is well known, more traditional, and more focused on the software segment (different from trust pilot), and the descriptions are well summarized and optimized for those who are reading/searching. It is the primary choice by people looking for that purpose, and so it …
Chose Capterra
I would say they are neck and neck very similar. Both have the same great features, and verified users, and both are free to use. When you look for honest software reviews in any search engine, both companies are the first names to appear. That way you can compare reviews on …
Chose Capterra
Very well. It is a lot more niche and bespoke to what we need and are looking for. Trustpilot is very broad and not focused on the digital industries so the results were vague and not constructive to us making decisions. Often Trustpilot reviews were weak in fulling assessing …
Chose Capterra
I only know Capterra and TrustRadius but it certainly works similar to TrustRadius. Quora works more like a posting site where you can get information, but Capterra organizes it better while Quora is really hard to identify the pros and cons sometimes.

In my opinion Capterra and …
Gartner Peer Insights
Chose Gartner Peer Insights

Chose Gartner Peer Insights
Despite having honest evaluations, a fantastic community, and a strong strategy for the market, SourceForge falls short in terms of the services they offer. Even for the best technological solutions, there are not many reviews. The majority of member evaluations are brief and …
Chose Gartner Peer Insights
It's not really a smart idea to model your website after TrustPilot. The webpage is obnoxious. This is annoying and makes using the website challenging. Due of the anonymity of most of the names, reviews don't appear genuine. The reviews don't really describe anything. It …
Chose Gartner Peer Insights
There are some other platforms like Experts Exchange which is also a very good tool, but Gartner's Magic Quadrants tools are unbeatable. Gartner's review and comparison databases are also better than other platforms.

Its a simple and easy to use tool, you can get set-up and your product published very quickly - its also copies this information to its other review sites. If you have a SaaS product, it should be on your list to sort your Capterra listing out.
