Considered Both Products	Centercode Roman (Butch) Delos Santos III, CLSSYB CSM in Professional Services at Zoom (Information Technology & Services, 1001-5000 employees) Chose Centercode To me personally, the user interface wasn't as daunting as it was compared to Confluence or product board. It made it easier to use without the need to undergo training. Keeping it simple and secure are just a few of its great asset features and together with ease of access … Incentivized Helpful? Kevin Gardiner Beta Project Engineer in Engineering at Trimble (Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, 10,001+ employees) Chose Centercode Google Forms is fairly limited in conditional questioning, and the customization of question/form types. Jenna Deutsch Senior Program Manager, Beta Testing in Engineering at Bose Corporation (Consumer Electronics, 1001-5000 employees) Chose Centercode While SurveyMonkey may have more survey options, it was not a good alternative as it can only provide surveys Incentivized Helpful? Joy Trillet Beta and Usability Testing Associate – Connected Home in Product Management at GE Lighting, A Savant Company (Consumer Goods, 201-500 employees) Chose Centercode Centercode was the first and only interface we found for beta testing needs Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Centercode Only Centercode could provide all of our desired tools in one platform. In the vetting process, we looked at a variety of customer testing platforms, but all competitors would have to be used in conjunction with another tool to support our ask. Centercode has everything we need … Incentivized Helpful? John Crick Customer Experience Manager in Product Management at Whistle (Internet, 1-10 employees) Chose Centercode The other solutions available aren't complete community management. They bold on or require you to implement things on your own. Centercode is the only out of the box solution which offers a comprehensive solution. Helpful?
