It is great for a practice up to 15-20 physicians. It might be slightly expensivee for a small rural 1 doc practice, but the money accumulated through EOB checking is worth the expense in my eyes

Alternatives Considered
PowerWorks is more detailed but more time-consuming. It doesn’t chart from exception which takes a lot of time, there is not a copy and paste feature and no ability to refer back to anything else you have input unless you make a comment. Epic has many of these features that lead to a better work flow
