Certn vs. Experian Verify

Certn has been great! We've had exceptional customer service with them, and the few times an issue has popped up they've been so quick to help out. They definitely value their customers and provide an excellent overall experience

Its very good for onboarding processes which have a time line but if you are looking to start an employee quickly then their checks can take a long time before they are complete.

Their checks for non uk based employees are very efficient.

Better communication with helpdesk, issues resolved in timely manner without my having to chase alot. Lots of contact with out account manager with experian, help desk are more responsive also. The overall professional presentation of the service and reputable name with experian, which ultimately ed me to switch providers
