Certn has been great! We've had exceptional customer service with them, and the few times an issue has popped up they've been so quick to help out. They definitely value their customers and provide an excellent overall experience
The tool is easy to use and the reference reports has allowed us to move from 2 references at the end of the recruitment process to collecting 5+ references earlier in the recruitment piece, thus allowing us to have better insight into the applicant and being able to tailor our interviews to questions that arise from the references. We have also seen a hirer retention rate of employees who have undertaken Outmatch references compared to those who have had verbal references.The references are in an easy-to-read format and the candidate sourcing database has added to our candidate attraction pool.
Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.
