Some clients don't like this. There is no option for someone to opt to do the reference via phone, this could prevent someone from completing the reference. SkillSurvey is the best we've used yet. They gather the greatest percentage of references, quickly, and with the least amount of "technical issues". Again, the leads are also a bonus.
