Pros	The analytics section in the dashboard allows you to sort by geography and date so you fully understand where and when your applicants are applying. The training resources available to employees make sure that we are fully compliant. The dedicated account manager helps us through all hurdles. Return on Investment	It is sped up our onboarding process quite a bit since background checks now happen at a pretty fast pace. Integration with our ATS has also kept our workflow simple, so my team doesnt need to get training on a separate software and manage multiple logins.
