ChowNow is very well suited for restaurants and cafes. Its a very strong competitor to "3rd party apps" like UberEats, DoorDash, grubhub, etc. so if you use any of those -- look into ChowNow. It may be less appropriate for fine dining establishments were timing (of delivery driver; or customer pickups) is extremely important to preserve food quality.

  • Better structure of Pizza menus to ease 86 toppings
  • The new interface could use some work. Smaller fonts make the "tickets" difficult to determine correct information. The system defaults to the last ticket time - The standard system was actually more accurate

Alternatives Considered
Slice appears to be a lower cost and quite popular in our industry (Pizza) however their tactics to acquire new business are questionable at best!
