PosterBooking is a Whitelabel Digital Signage Platform, from the company of the same name in Manchester, that aims to change the way advertising is displayed. It makes free cloud digital signage available, using an Amazon Firestick, and lets users create a slideshow to display images and videos. The vendor can also supply media players and screens that are compatible with the PosterBooking platform.

Well, definitely Chrome Sign Builder has most of the features, like adding up documents filing, access on YouTube, and making accessible links for meetings. Which you can definitely customize for privacy, and can be access by many viewers or users.
I haven't used any other software that's comparable to Chrome Sign Builder. Overall I think that Chrome Sign Builder is pretty useful since it's free to use and made by a reputable company (Google). With plenty of updates and maintenance I haven't had to look for alternatives …
Chrome Sign Builder is very cost-effective, reliable, versatile & acts as a content scheduler. Chrome Sign Builder will work for you if: 1. You need a proof of concept for when you’re ready to purchase a true digital signage content management system. 2. You manage fewer than …
Adobe Advertising Cloud is far more robust than Chrome Sign Builder but it comes at a very significant cost. Yes, you can do more with some of the competitors out there, but we have found this to be the most cost-effective for companies who want to run more than one screen …

Pricing is the most significant difference between Chrome Sign Builder and these products. You can expect to pay a huge amount more for any other commercial product, but they come with more features and are targeted for bigger deployments. However, we found that with Chrome …
If you are looking for an inexpensive, set-and-forget digital signage solution and your content isn't customized often, Chome Sign Builder is a win. It is easy to set up, includes multiple identity providers, and its Kiosk mode makes displaying the content a breeze on many different supported devices. It also doesn't require much maintenance, so if your team is small, it's a perfect fit.
I feel trade shows and conferences are perfect for this solution. Having this just to decorate your office is obviously a benefit as well. However, I believe the greatest value in this tool is using it for client/prospect meetings/events. I feel we can really garner their attention with subliminal messaging and showing value propositions that would be specific to that group or person.
Use Chrome Sign Builder to display menus. For example, to show menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, create 3 schedules. Each schedule has its own menu URL to display the menu content.
create a presentation using Google Slides and display it using Chrome Sign Builder.
When you publish the presentation, set it to start as soon as it loads and restart again after the last slide.
It is easy to enroll displays into your account. After that, all of your content is centrally managed in a browser. Unlike some other services on the market, you don't need to deploy any servers or services on your local network. If you are using the Amazon Firestick implementation option, it automatically boots into that even after power-loss, meaning there's little to worry about once it has been set up, and could be managed from anywhere.
Chrome Sign Builder is pretty much a learn on your own and support yourself option. There is precious little by way of assistance offered by Google for the product, and responses to reports of bugs and even updates are painfully slow in coming if they come at all. If you are an IT guru, this may be ok. If you are not prepared to fend for yourself, then keep looking.
We selected sign builder because of its ability to work across platforms and the promise of dynamic updates so that members and guests would have access to up-to-date information. Unfortunately, Chrome Sign Builder is a low priority at Google, suffers from reliability issues, requires significant user investment in learning the system, and failed to meet our needs. We have gone back to paper calendars and synching issues while we evaluate other products. A bit of time spent on research on the front end would have saved us considerable effort and time. In a volunteer organization, our only cost was goodwill among members while we tried the system.
