The Cisco Board Series has less bugs and far less complications within our institution then the AnyConnect software. Users are able to work with the board series easier and with less training. AnyConnect will go down and prevent users from properly being able to connect to the …
Most common likeness we get met with here is Microsoft surface hub and I don’t even think they are comparable at this point the interop power of adding multiple calling platforms is great in the Cisco Board Series unit and unmatched I believe
The compared platforms include Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex Webinars with which I have had prior experience. While working with people realized that Microsoft Teams Rooms integrated more with Office Tools than any other software and Webex had outstanding video conferencing …
I have also incorporated integrated collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack dashboards into some of the projects that I worked on. In comparison with the given systems, the Cisco Board Series looks much more progressive, mainly because of its sophisticated …
Comparing the interactive displays from Avacor, GoTo Meeting, and Zoom Workplace, it is possible to note that Cisco Board Series is equipped with AI and has the integration opportunities. Although many other displays provide touch capabilities similar to those of the Cisco …

Cisco Board Series just works. Others need cables, patches. Apps and lots of setup and config - Cisco Board Series are a different class and user experience.
Cisco Board Series are probably the middle of the mix in terms of features, favorable in terms of flexibility, unfavorable in term of comparative cost. Cisco is a leader in VC hardware, so it's important we looked at them when evaluating digital boards. We also looked at …
Although it was not listed above we have also considered switching to Microsoft Surface Hub, however, both Google Jamboard and Microsoft Surface Hub might be great tools on their own. We are using everything from Cisco as a package deal that's why we really did not see a …
We have used a Polycom system for video calling. It worked well, but it was only for meetings and video conferencing. The Cisco Webex Board Series seem to be better integrated into the team's system we have on our laptops and PCs and allows for easy connectivity without lots of …

We use Microsoft Teams together with Cisco Webex. Since Webex is preferred in more organizations, there is no problem connecting to meetings. Even if people do not have webex, they can easily join the meeting and share screens. This is a huge advantage.
Almost all telepresence vendors have hardware options that stack against each other in the entry, mid and high-end options. Nevertheless, the build quality and seamless integration with Webex really is beyond compare with Webex Boards. I would always recommend the SmartNet …
The above-mentioned tools that I used before are not much more effective than Cisco Webex Board Series. It enables me to save everything on the cloud which I have created on the Webex Board and associate it easily with a virtual meeting. My team members can easily pick up where …
In the Polycom model we tested, both solutions are similar in facial tracking, in the type of protocol they use to communicate. But thanks to the design that the Webex Board has and that we already had a Webex platform in the organization, they were the reasons why the Webex …
Compared to Cisco Webex Board Series, the displays are not good and the UI isn't optimized, with very limited app support. The key element of the Cisco Webex Board Series is that we knew this significant investment would be for the long term and we trust that Cisco will keep …
Select Cisco Webex Board Series for its high quality and ease of use. I can also connect several computers through the application. Its technology is impeccable and there is also the theme of the blackboard where the whole team can participate. It really has been the best for …
GoToRoom is a mediocre product. Compared to Cisco Webex Board Series, the displays are bad, and UI is not at all optimised. It has very limited app support. Customer support is also very bad. The demo team had postponed for 3 times and were ignoring calls. However, when they …
GoToRoom does a great job of video conferencing with multiple users, similar to Zoom, but has easier access to documents similar to Google Classroom or Google Hangouts. It’s a nice blend of these three pieces of software.
It is best suited for video\audio calls and meeting use. you can easily connect to the meeting with an ID or your laptop and also share content easily in a couple of ways. It's less useful for large-scale meetings as attendees seem to get lost as their video can get shrunk or hidden offscreen.
It works really well in a one on one settings when teachers are coordinating with individual trainers or workshops. It can be helpful as well during a team setting Q&A for follow up training. However, it is a struggle to use in large group settings when one presenter is speaking to a large group of people for trainings.
By leveraging the features of the Cisco Board, sales teams can deliver more engaging, interactive, and impactful presentations to clients, whether in-person or remotely, potentially leading to improved client relationships and increased sales effectiveness. We can easily train internal employees across multiple offices without the need to have them come into one site for training
Cisco Webex Board Series has great UI. It's very compelling to use. Touch controls are great and have never had any trouble navigating. However, screen mirroring can be laggy sometimes and frame drops are seen quite often while mirroring. Overall it's a great device to use with many useful features and optimized UI.
It's honestly hard to tell since we haven't had many hiccups, if any at all! We have used Webex support for other situations and it was great, but for the board itself, we only had one issue, when we received it, a pixel was broken and Webex replaced it. Fair to say they lived up to our expectations.
Haven’t had a chance to need to connect with the service staff as we haven’t had to deal with any large issues beyond internet bandwidth restrictions. However, we feel like support would be very quick and efficient if we were to need it. The observations of setting up our doc cams and getting connected with workshop presenters has been smooth so far.
Comparing the interactive displays from Avacor, GoTo Meeting, and Zoom Workplace, it is possible to note that Cisco Board Series is equipped with AI and has the integration opportunities. Although many other displays provide touch capabilities similar to those of the Cisco Board Series Pro, this one has the NVIDIA AI chipset and the two camera setup for attendees. Other factors that informed the adoption of the product include this regarding the ability to link with other meeting solutions as well as the integrated sensors for environmental monitoring.
