In my experience the McAfee Security for Email Servers is well suited for the all the types of organization and their employees who main concern is security for their mailing application. As they need to protect the sensitive data sent and receive through mail and also wants to protect their employee and organizations sensitive data. Also, I don't see any scenario where McAfee Security for Email Server is not suited as every organizations wants to protect their data and employee from the many cyber attacks.

• Outlook integration in terms of a plug-in would be great. Currently, users can't add something to a blacklist or whitelist directly from Outlook.
• Management of the platform is done from two portals the ESA and SMA. It would be nice to have it all in one management portal.
• A quick start management guide would be nice. The manual is over 1,000 pages, so there is definitely a lot of functionality in this service.

Cisco TAC support is very good since they have engineers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Important to mention that you must have the support of the solution enabled to be able to receive a response from TAC and that we can be taken care of. The only drawback may be that they will not be able to see settings of the email provider you use.

Cisco was at least better than or equal to the others but within our budget. It provided all of the services of anti-spam, content filtering, anti-virus, DLP, encrypted email service, scalability, and more than the others. Cisco name and reputation were also key in our decision.

The great thing about the McAfee Security for Email Servers is it's ability to determine the threat pattern and disabled it before it occurs and causes the problem in daily operations is too good.
