This tool is very robust and provides a layered approach towards email security. We have it installed for our employees mobile devices as well. If you have a lot of employees you want to prevent phishing and spam from getting to them. We recently had a client that had their whole company blacklisted by Microsoft because a good number of their staff fell for phishing emails. Support Rating	Cisco TAC support is very good since they have engineers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Important to mention that you must have the support of the solution enabled to be able to receive a response from TAC and that we can be taken care of. The only drawback may be that they will not be able to see settings of the email provider you use. It has significantly reduced our spam and malicious content to our users compared to our previous deprecated on-prem email gateway. The ease of adding a new site.
