I strongly recommend using it in networks where many machines enter, it is essential to have a capture of all ids, mac etc to prevent and detect unauthorized machines. We are in the technological era and there is a lot of technological robotization looking for weak systems to enter.Invest in greater security and that does not happen to you.

They are prompt in their response with a complete resolution once they have identified the problem. Other OEM's generally give stop-gap arrangements and then later come with new upgrade versions. This gives downtime tasks to customers often, which isn't appreciated. Given the criticality of this software, their support is prompt.

Alternatives Considered
We had a brief look on another tool, but at the end of the day we really focused lots of Cisco Cyber Vision because we see the synergy effect because you can deploy all the sensors, like I said before on the Cisco Catalyst Switches itself as a Docker container and that's really a big benefit. And there is no other tool I'm aware of that you are able to do this? Yeah, we are a small team with just a couple of people. We need to work very efficient and this helps us to be very efficient.

CounterACT was the product that was able to do exactly what we were looking to accomplish and that was to block non-company owned devices from connecting to our network based on our criteria. It will allow us to decide if a blocked device should be allowed on our network temporarily

Scalability
Because I think you can scale it very good. You can monitor lots of devices, but it has some limitations especially in, that's why I don't give it a 10, especially in the visibility. So when you have a map, you're limited to the amount of connections and devices to display on a map and it would be great to see there more devices inside of the map.
