No comparison. It's apples to oranges when comparing. Clear Company is well-rounded and willing to collaborate to make it right for each company. Most other platforms make you adapt to the product they think is best without individual company needs in mind.
Communication is much easier in ClearCompany; processes are less cumbersome and making changes in the system is much easier. It's great for organizations that need to be nimble or may be evolving in their Talent Acquisition processes.
We selected Clear because it is comprehensive. It also allows for video screenings in the application process and that feature saves us time during the interview process. Companies like HigherMe don't provide that. We also utilize Jolt for checklists. Clear unfortunately …
ClearCompany is the most straightforward product I have used. Every other ATS has had too many bells and whistles that show on your website and aren't used. Many are really difficult to navigate or don't have offer letter creation or interview scheduling capabilities.
At first, I liked Jazz better. I thought the interface was easier and looked better. However, after using ClearCompany for a few months, and a few updates later, I think ClearCompany is the better of the two choices. The applicant grading in ClearCompany is much better, has …
We switched from Hireology to ClearCompany, mainly for the price point. We also felt that CC could offer a bit more of a custom ATS. There are moments, though, where our management team feels that they received more applicants with Hireology than ClearCompany. I think part of …
ClearCompany has a lot of fresh ideas and functionality, but the system doesn't compare to any of the previous ATS systems I have used, and this is based on basic user interfaces and ease of use. ClearCompany doesn't have options set in place to keep companies compliant, and …
We went with ClearCompany based on their level of customer service. Paycom is who we use for our payroll and other HR tasks, but, the level of service and price was the reason we went with ClearCompany. They've been extremely attentive, have customized almost everything to fit …
HRM has been our provider for some time now. We've evaluated others recently to see what is comparable or more industry specific. Haven't decided to switch yet, but as we review products, that could change.
We are a development team of about 8 people, located in different areas. We liked Goodworld because it was easy to use for all of us, each being in charge of our own event, but using the same information. It has a dashboard that will show overall numbers and statistics.
Goodworld was the most user-friendly and streamlined platform with all the fundraising tools we were looking for PLUS CSR capabilities. The landing pages and campaigns integrated seamlessly with our website and have made it easier than ever to empower our Board, Corporate …
Goodworld is by far the more superior product because it lets us be more proactive in implementing customized giving experiences, has a more powerful dashboard, and streamlines the giving process in a more modern interface. That's just the technology aspect - their team makes …
When the pandemic hit, and we needed to move our annual fundraiser from in-person to online, our donor CRM at the time didn't offer the ability to easily create an aesthetically pleasing online campaign without additional HTML and design knowledge. We saw another organization …
The biggest incentive for using Goodworld as opposed to other platforms is truly ease of use and branding ability. While the other platforms may have extra bells and whistles on the database management compared to Goodworld's current setup, These other programs make it …
We were not pleased with the customer support and ease of setting up events with Click and Pledge. Our donors are often called to make donations over the phone rather than use the C&P platform.
If your company needs to move into becoming completely electronic, as well as the option of having it being remote if needed, this is the way to go. ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! It can be a difficult task to change so much but having their team to meet with you weekly until you have everything up and running was the best experience I could have asked for.
I'd recommend the Goodworld platform for almost any scenario of online giving. It's definitely well suited for smaller grassroots organizations as it isn't cost-prohibitive, and helps get you up and running to process donations quickly. Their customer service has been great with fast response times and helping me get things sorted out quickly so there is not downtime for our front-end users. I'd say the only real challenge we experienced to date is regarding in-person events that need a point of purchase/donation swiper. For live events we still need to work out the particulars and I expect Goodworld will come up with a few options soon.
Interview scheduling--ClearCompany integrates your Outlook calendar with their system, so when a candidate accepts an interview time, it goes right to Outlook.
Communication with hiring teams is super easy in this system. You just tag a hiring manager in the notes and communicate there regarding candidate progress. This is super helpful down the road as well if you need to look back at any communication (rather than trying to sift through emails).
The general setup is very user friendly. It is easy to find candidates, reqs, and information.
Reporting is a bit limited - most reports require significant cleanup and/or take a lot of work to make meaningful
Hiring Manager visibility is limited when it comes to notifications (scorecards completed, etc.) and feedback for candidates from other processes, meaning that the burden is put on TA to inform
I don’t really have any dislikes. The only time I have trouble with something is creating the appropriate graphics that work across all devices, especially mobile devices. It can be a bit cumbersome.
I had a great relationship with my first customer success manager. When I first started, she helped me navigate the system and was always available to answer any questions. They have provided great support throughout the last 2 years of me using the system. I attended a ClearCompany conference and they were incredible at providing support and showing how to best utilize the system,
We went with ClearCompany based on their level of customer service. Paycom is who we use for our payroll and other HR tasks, but, the level of service and price was the reason we went with ClearCompany. They've been extremely attentive, have customized almost everything to fit our needs, and have offered training and perks along the way. Paycom is great, but, it doesn't stack up to the level of customization, ease-of-use, or services that ClearCompany provides. I don't think we'll be making a change anytime soon

The original ATS was costing us more than when we switched to Clear and it only posted to one major job site only allowing 30 requisitions per month. We have no limitation on job reqs, better tracking, and posting to all major job boards with integration to our payroll and website for less money.
Through partnering with Goodworld we have been able to steward nearly $2.4 million to nonprofit organizations nationwide in the past 18 months
We have leveraged the Goodworld platform to significantly improve our response time to partner requests and social issues or natural disasters like giving to support Ukraine
The platform allows us to overlay strategy with technology for greater community impact with at least 45 companies every year
