ClearCompany offers an applicant tracking system with core features, including batch or mass communication, job board posting, centralized internal communications, and background checking features. It also provides onboarding automation and performance management.
No comparison. It's apples to oranges when comparing. Clear Company is well-rounded and willing to collaborate to make it right for each company. Most other platforms make you adapt to the product they think is best without individual company needs in mind.
Communication is much easier in ClearCompany; processes are less cumbersome and making changes in the system is much easier. It's great for organizations that need to be nimble or may be evolving in their Talent Acquisition processes.
We selected Clear because it is comprehensive. It also allows for video screenings in the application process and that feature saves us time during the interview process. Companies like HigherMe don't provide that. We also utilize Jolt for checklists. Clear unfortunately …
ClearCompany is the most straightforward product I have used. Every other ATS has had too many bells and whistles that show on your website and aren't used. Many are really difficult to navigate or don't have offer letter creation or interview scheduling capabilities.
At first, I liked Jazz better. I thought the interface was easier and looked better. However, after using ClearCompany for a few months, and a few updates later, I think ClearCompany is the better of the two choices. The applicant grading in ClearCompany is much better, has …
We switched from Hireology to ClearCompany, mainly for the price point. We also felt that CC could offer a bit more of a custom ATS. There are moments, though, where our management team feels that they received more applicants with Hireology than ClearCompany. I think part of …
ClearCompany has a lot of fresh ideas and functionality, but the system doesn't compare to any of the previous ATS systems I have used, and this is based on basic user interfaces and ease of use. ClearCompany doesn't have options set in place to keep companies compliant, and …
We went with ClearCompany based on their level of customer service. Paycom is who we use for our payroll and other HR tasks, but, the level of service and price was the reason we went with ClearCompany. They've been extremely attentive, have customized almost everything to fit …
HRM has been our provider for some time now. We've evaluated others recently to see what is comparable or more industry specific. Haven't decided to switch yet, but as we review products, that could change.
Reviewsnap has been comparable to most the systems I've used in the past. I wouldn't say that one of the systems I've used and mentioned above sticks out far above or below the others.
I believe the SuccessFactors product I used 8+ years ago was much more robust but was effective for a large, enterprise-wide solution. ReviewSnap does the trick for folks that don't need the robust features, automation, and cost that comes with an enterprise solution.
If your company needs to move into becoming completely electronic, as well as the option of having it being remote if needed, this is the way to go. ClearCompany will hold your hand and help you every step of the way to becoming just that! It can be a difficult task to change so much but having their team to meet with you weekly until you have everything up and running was the best experience I could have asked for.
Quick adaption came from the ease of use and that is why I would recommend it. If you need more robust cascading goal capabilities you might have to work at it
Interview scheduling--ClearCompany integrates your Outlook calendar with their system, so when a candidate accepts an interview time, it goes right to Outlook.
Communication with hiring teams is super easy in this system. You just tag a hiring manager in the notes and communicate there regarding candidate progress. This is super helpful down the road as well if you need to look back at any communication (rather than trying to sift through emails).
The general setup is very user friendly. It is easy to find candidates, reqs, and information.
Reporting is a bit limited - most reports require significant cleanup and/or take a lot of work to make meaningful
Hiring Manager visibility is limited when it comes to notifications (scorecards completed, etc.) and feedback for candidates from other processes, meaning that the burden is put on TA to inform
We've experienced challenges beginning new review cycles without old cycles not being closed out
The UI is OK, but nothing special (a new version has been released, but we've not upgraded yet)
We currently don't have any sort of integration between ReviewSnap and our payroll system for hires/terms. I'm not sure if this is possible or not but wasn't discussed when we implemented it.
I had a great relationship with my first customer success manager. When I first started, she helped me navigate the system and was always available to answer any questions. They have provided great support throughout the last 2 years of me using the system. I attended a ClearCompany conference and they were incredible at providing support and showing how to best utilize the system,
We went with ClearCompany based on their level of customer service. Paycom is who we use for our payroll and other HR tasks, but, the level of service and price was the reason we went with ClearCompany. They've been extremely attentive, have customized almost everything to fit our needs, and have offered training and perks along the way. Paycom is great, but, it doesn't stack up to the level of customization, ease-of-use, or services that ClearCompany provides. I don't think we'll be making a change anytime soon

The original ATS was costing us more than when we switched to Clear and it only posted to one major job site only allowing 30 requisitions per month. We have no limitation on job reqs, better tracking, and posting to all major job boards with integration to our payroll and website for less money.
It's saved us a lot of paper and confusion. We used to use a lot of paper to track reviews from all over the organization. Now we use Reviewsnap to keep track of reviews and to use old reviews as reference when discussing goals.
The cloud-based system is great due to the fact that we have satellite offices around the US. You can even do a review from Alaska if required.
Initially the customer service was great and responsive during deployment. Once the deployment was complete, the HR director reported having a hard time contacting support.
