I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. CloudContactAI has offered their total support throughout the entire process. They helped me onboard and establish my organization. Whenever I've had a fast, simple question, I was able to consult their documentation page or chatbot on their website to find the support I needed within just a couple of minutes.

CloudContactAI provides SMS, email, and voice all on one platform so that you don't have to switch between accounts. These other software solutions offer all of these features but on separate accounts. Without CloudContactAI, I would have to use SimpleTexting, SendGrid, and Google Hangouts to leverage the same functionality that CloudContactAI offers on its one platform.
