  • Heavily relied (almost solely relied) on email.
  • Did not have enough actual conversations with the potential customers.
  • Did not do a lot of qualifications/conversations to see if the customer was really interested in our product/services.
  • Did not use content, videos, and other tools to "prime the pump" or see if there was interest.

Alternatives Considered
With the support of their hire agent product, CloudTask assisted us in all aspects of employee and customer recruitment and onboarding, It's more efficient and actual then the other tools available in the market right now. We ultimately determined that employing someone directly was the best fit for us despite how flexible having access to all types of possibilities was.
