Return on Investment	No answers on this topic	The notification of scheduled events, helps ensure employees know when their schedule has been modified, which cuts down on employees arriving late, etc. The notifications to customers of when their payment methods are expiring, etc helps to ensure they can update their information through the customer portal themselves which cuts down on administrative time.
