ClubReady vs. Zenoti

Overall, we like it and appreciate it's functions as a company. We appreciate that it does almost everything that we need and use. As previously stated, some of our executive leadership wants certain reports that ClubReady does not have and we do not have the ability to create custom reports

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. Thanks Zeneti our collaborators are happier.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

We use both of these simultaneously. Hubspot talks to ClubReady and updates deals and new prospects for us. Hubspot is not as user friendly which can be more frustrating. With training so many part time employees we love the easy to understand feature ClubReady has since we have people of all age rages using it.

Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.
