We were looking for tech guy (coder) for an idea and rather than going through the whole process of finding and hiring the people we opted for CoderPad. It did the job very well in filtering out people who were fit and not fit for our role. This way our time was saved.
It does well to verify the identity of the test taker and making sure that they are not utilizing other resources to cheat. In my experience, it is way too intrusive, and it appears as though someone has figured out how to utilize software to circumnavigate it. I have a ticket in, here's to hoping its fixed.
