Likelihood to Recommend	Codility is a great tool to use for candidates' technical assessments of our selection processes. It is easy for recruiters to use, friendly to the people that are tested, and easy to manage. The test report is great. As a recruiter with limited technical knowledge, I wish it could be easier for me to build a test by myself (understand the tasks easier - there could be a bigger description or training for us) without depending on the hiring managers who aren't always available. Also, most times the invitation e-mail to take the test ends up in the candidates' spam box. Less appropriate for senior or architect-level openings.
