These activities are especially useful for my function under the Consumer Insights division as we do a lot of these sessions that engage several people from different departments to be able to come up with good ideas, concepts, products, and strategies. Cons	No answers on this topic	The sticky note tool glitches and behaves as if it were moving on a grid. PDF upload tool does not work fast. Maybe a PDF merge algorithm could be added.
