Likelihood to Recommend	Conceptboard is useful in collaboration, brainstorming, ideation, and concept writing. These activities are especially useful for my function under the Consumer Insights division as we do a lot of these sessions that engage several people from different departments to be able to come up with good ideas, concepts, products, and strategies. Pros	We can determine the exact person in the team if he or she has made any changes in a particular board which helps everyone to be on the same page. Storytelling was made easy. Cons	The sticky note tool glitches and behaves as if it were moving on a grid. PDF upload tool does not work fast. Maybe a PDF merge algorithm could be added.
