Likelihood to Recommend	Conceptboard is useful in collaboration, brainstorming, ideation, and concept writing. These activities are especially useful for my function under the Consumer Insights division as we do a lot of these sessions that engage several people from different departments to be able to come up with good ideas, concepts, products, and strategies. I honestly can't think of scenarios where this tool would be less appropriate. The problem with not having integration with SalesForce and ZenDesk is that you need to add all the information for each supplier or client, instead of having the system pull it from the other systems we use. Other than that, and the fact that the mobile app is limited, this is the best option for meeting management and follow up. Pros	We can determine the exact person in the team if he or she has made any changes in a particular board which helps everyone to be on the same page. Storytelling was made easy. Cons	The sticky note tool glitches and behaves as if it were moving on a grid. PDF upload tool does not work fast. Maybe a PDF merge algorithm could be added. The selection area is not visible when dragging the eraser tool.
