We selected this pilot in 2017, which was a completely different environment. We're in the process of doing our fix base, so we haven't really reselected and we don't know if we're going to go with one CLM multitude because what I've found in my research is one CLM can't handle …
The biggest stack up the Conga CLM provides is their UI, Salesforce is good but the legal department has struggled to implement their solutions with help from the tech department. Another added, advantage would be the security mentioned prior improved scalability, reduced …
Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. …
We have Conga Contracts so we don't have a lot of the features that CLM has but looking forward to using it more. Conga Contracts has been a great document portal to share with other divisions and our Accounts payable department.
We initially chose Kira because of the Quick Study feature and because we trust Noah. We've since evaluated Diligen--its features have grown substantially over the past year. We've also tried ContraxSuite, LawGeex, Evisort, Luminance, eBrevia, Heretik, Blackboiler, and many …
We evaluated a number of other products such as Luminance, Leverton, etc. Kira covered off more of the whole requirement set across our international business than other products, although each has their strengths and weaknesses.
The most important reason for selecting Kira was its commercial range. We observed that Kira was used worldwide and by the largest law firms in the US, so we presumed it had better features than Luminance. Other than that, Kira seemed to have more tools for training clauses in …
Kira offers a lot more out of the box than other providers and is also more flexible around integrations. This, plus the clear pricing structure, is why we went for it instead of (or as well as) others.
I believe the version of RAVN is Extract rather than Insight. In this regard, Kira stacked up well. UI is much better, and the support and expertise seem to be of a much higher level. Kira seems to be more mature as a product and company in this area. Luminance seems to provide …
With having all of our contracting through the Salesforce system, the ability to allow our legal teams to do more with generating documents, have controls over redlines, etc is ideal. When sales needs to make additional revisions to the underlying data, however, it can be lacking in strong tools.
Kira is a great due diligence tool and can be well utilised on both large and small transactions. It also has good application if you are looking to compare multiple documents against a model form document or market standard templates. Kira is less useful if you are looking to review emails (e.g. as part of a disclosure exercise); or if your review involves non-Latin based script languages.
Unified Storage. All contracts are stored in a single, centralized repository, providing a comprehensive view of the entire contract lifecycle, including versions, negotiations, approval history, and metrics.
Easy Search. Advanced search capabilities, including natural language search, allow users to quickly find specific contracts or clauses.
Dynamic Approvals: Automate approval workflows to speed up the contract approval process and ensure compliance with company policies.
Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. This is the primary work they do from Conga contracts. We had solution which is build using conga contracts, conga composer and conga sign
The current version is probably about a five. The new version, I have not used it a lot. I've only done some testing around in it, not a lot. I'd say it's probably a seven or eight.
If our firm had more contracts in English, the usability of Kira would be rated higher. However, since we have to train clauses in Portuguese in order to use Kira, it makes its usability lower. We still are not able to fully use Kira for reading contracts in Portuguese. It takes a long time and many associate hours to make Kira usable in other languages.
Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.
Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.
Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep
There was an email sent out with technical questions that was not attended to. However, Kira support has been good in general in that emails are well attended to overall, the Kira support portal is great and regular meetings are held.
Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning
Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. The eas of use is also a factor
We initially chose Kira because of the Quick Study feature and because we trust Noah. We've since evaluated Diligen--its features have grown substantially over the past year. We've also tried ContraxSuite, LawGeex, Evisort, Luminance, eBrevia, Heretik, Blackboiler, and many others. It all comes down to the cost + feature set. We will always go with the lowest cost provider with the widest needed feature set (assuming there are no accuracy or performance issues during the pilot).
Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.
Vendor onboarding process has been so much faster and better, resulting in more buisness and revenue. It's a bit costly but has also increased our overall ROI.
Conga’s version control and clause consistency helped us to reduce the post signing disputes. That’s saved us a few awkward calls and trouble.
Better resource optimization buisness decisions with the live dashboard, also leading to increased revenue and growth.
When trained to read bespoke types of documents, the accuracy can be very good and the consequential time savings very high. In this scenario we have reduced the average time of review of one type of client documents from over an hour to 15 minutes.
