Before migrating to StorageCraft Cloud Backup, we used ShadowProtect for our organization and for our clients' backups. StorageCraft Cloud Backup is a strong and reliable product that has certainly been delivered when needed. However, moving to StorageCraft Cloud Backup has …
I haven't used many others, but Acronis is one of them. Acronis seemed to break for me very easily, a problem I don't have with StorageCraft. I couldn't find Macrium in the list, but it also has given me issues that I don't have with StorageCraft. StorageCraft, as I said …
We evaluated Infrascale, and that was a really bad product. When it worked, it was fine. But when it didn't, nobody knew what was going on. Seeing green checkmarks usually means good, but not with Infrascale. You really had to dig into each job to see if they were successful. …
StorageCraft is the best, in my opinion, when it comes to back up servers with bare metal images. The image manager for sending those files to the cloud is also great. I would have to say the file and folder option,(formally gilware) still needs work. It's just not as reliable or easy to use.
For two years now, we have managed operations with Continuum's server and desktop care offerings. I'm especially impressed by Continuum's web portal and a ticketing system but I would want them to release new features more often. Looking back over the years, we are very happy with the growth we've enjoyed and the role that Continuum has played in the company's success.

All our server and desktop patching is properly managed and tested.
Support is pretty good. The issue is that they don't have any SLA so they get to you whenever. Though, if you hound them, they usually bump you up in the chain and get back to you. Their techs are fairly knowledgeable. Occasionally the first level support isn't the best, but once it bumps up to the next level, they are good.
Before migrating to StorageCraft Cloud Backup, we used ShadowProtect for our organization and for our clients' backups. StorageCraft Cloud Backup is a strong and reliable product that has certainly been delivered when needed. However, moving to StorageCraft Cloud Backup has substantially reduced our workload provided it integrates StorageCraft Cloud Backup, Image Manager, and ShadowControl in one single portal which is easy to understand and manage even by level 1 engineers.
We evaluated Infrascale, and that was a really bad product. When it worked, it was fine. But when it didn't, nobody knew what was going on. Seeing green checkmarks usually means good, but not with Infrascale. You really had to dig into each job to see if they were successful. There was way too much time consumption. That issue is eliminated with Continuum Recover
