I do not recommend Conte.ai and give them an one.

Social inbox functionality for YouTube is very basic.

• "Free Trial" functionality will actually charge users straight away depending on the trial button clicked
• Changes to plan during a billing cycle are not refunded or credited in any way, including attempting to un-do the change. (So moving down and up again between plans, even if both actions occur within seconds of each other, results in getting charged twice...)

I do not feel Conte.ai is usable, so I give them a rating of one

NapoleonCat is easy to implement and use. Users can manage all their social media activities from a single online dashboard that also includes reporting. Users can manage posts while on the go using the mobile app.

I give them a one because I feel that Conte.ai's customer service is inadequate. When trying to find a solution, they say they will give me additional posts as compensation instead of a refund.

Over the course of our campaign, the team went out of their way to fix and correct glitches in the interface that I pointed out to them.

It's nearly impossible to cover social media monitoring manually and that's why companies need a tool like NapoleonCat to automate all social media marketing processes and get a sneak peek into their competitors and also address a dissatisfied customer directly. Companies that use NapoleonCat definitely spend way less to reach a huge number of people.
