I also opened an account with Skyword in 2019, which is a similar service. The person that recommended it was a travel writer, and since I've done that as well, I thought it might be a better fit. To this point, I've received no work from it either, and don't hold out a lot of …
Contently's sweet spot is their network of writers. I have tried a few other platforms but saw much lower writing quality. The tool is handy, especially if you produce multiple pieces of content every week.
it is a much much simpler tool to use, the pick up and go nature of the software lends well to a busy team. with minimal training almost everyone can figure out the software just playing around with it. and if you want to learn more complex parts of the system there is the …
For his service, interface so intuitive, the prebuild editor make work easier, the way that his platform manage the security you can live in peace without no worries because all your data live secure in HubSpot. Also the way of we create, edit, program and published content on …
HubSpot CMS Hub by far is the most intuitive and robust platform of any I've used (canned Wordpress sites and custom code-driven platforms alike). When you move to HubSpot, you're not only getting a great CMS, but an integrated CRM database, marketing tools, online forms, …
Hubspot CMS is way more powerful in its vanilla form, but at the same time, it is very easy to use and learn. But if you want something super custom to your designs and workflow, strapi and customer.io might be better in some ways. Customer.io also focuses on a particular …
These ecosystems integrate with each other, the configurations and interface are simple compared to the HubSpot CMS Hub, or I used the HubSpot CMS Hub because I focused on creating landing pages and the website for the company I worked for but I was involved with the marketing …
We have about 10 seats that were needed. Wanted a sales platform that had good status and reputation. HubSpot was the best choice for me given salesforce not being the best in the past. Price was appealing and our team liked the overlay. Other options do not provide the same …
My content writing team was not happy about [Pipedrive], and the price of this tool was so unfair that we were not even able to afford this tool. On the other hand, at a very reasonable price, HubSpot CMS Hub is giving us everything we wanted to raise our website and to make …
Easier and faster to use then these two, HubSpot CMS Hub provides me with a long list of tools that make my marketing process more smooth and easy to manage, it doesn't get too technical but is also not too basic, so it has the balance I need when preparing campaigns for some …
HubSpot CMS Hub is a great compliment to HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and HubSpot Sales Hub. For companies leveraging HubSpot already, it's great to consider CMS as an alternative to your current web platform to keep everything in one place to improve efficiency and …
HubSpot has better SEO features than SquareSpace. Alt text for instance. HubSpot has a fully built-in suite of basic tools that need a [variety] of plug-ins for WordPress. However, WordPress is ultimately more versatile. We've decided to keep our CRM with HubSpot, but will …
HubSpot is far better then Pipedrive. They do not offer as many features or ease of use that HubSpot offers. HubSpot's customer service is unmatched compared to the competition.
It's helpful for top of marketing funnel writing that we can sometimes lose sight of because we are so ingrained in the product day to day. Contently is also helpful for long written pieces and ebooks that will take a significant amount of employee time to put together. I avoid using Contently for mid to bottom funnel marketing writing because my team will often have greater insight into the product function or use-case or product release, making them more adroit to the tone of the written piece and able to produce the content quickly.
HubSpot CMS HUB is a great fit for $1 Million+ orgs looking to take the next step in their online marketing and presence. If you need a more streamlined approach to your website, with more purposeful tools to convert online visitors, HubSpot CMS HUB is definitely at the top of the list. The only scenario where HubSpot CMS HUB would not work well is for e-commerce sites looking to sell directly on their main site. HubSpot does not cater to e-commerce and would be a poor fit for online stores selling their products
Consolidating my work in one place to make my work life easier
Contently is unique from other content marketing organizational tools in one key way. It hands you a network of freelance professionals eager for delegated work.
You can search through a database of professionals to find the perfect person for your given project. Find individuals in your budget offering the exact skills and experience you need.
There are only two layouts you can choose from. I wish there were a few more choices for this, as the options are simple, but lacking.
Sometimes when I paste a link, it doesn't pull the correct picture or description from the page. It has pulled weird things I've never seen before and I have to go back in and manually fix them.
The option to purchase a domain without the .contently at the end?
Although you can integrate it with Google Analytics, there is still a significant difference between what each tells you about [a] number of visitors to a given page, etc.
There's a lot to the program and it's not always intuitive where to go for a feature. Though the help center and academy are good and usually have the answers, having to look things up isn't.
I don't think we justify the amount of usage we have of CMS Hub professional. We might discontinue it to save some bucks. But if we ever need an extensive solution, we'll come back to it, as we already other products of Hubspot (Sales Hub, Reporting, Automations)
HubSpot CMS Hub provides small, medium and even large companies with the basic requirements to launch their marketing business, but to provide an all-in-1 solution will take some more time and creativity to avoid the necessity of working with competitors to complete the package.
I'm giving them a 10, but honestly, I've never reached out to them. I do see them putting out regular content on social media, so they might be responsive to questions there as well as regular customer support. In their posts and communication, they do seem to value their community, so hopefully, they have good customer support. And I've seen them asking for pitches from their community to publish well-paid articles during this stressful coronavirus time, and I really appreciate that.
I also opened an account with Skyword in 2019, which is a similar service. The person that recommended it was a travel writer, and since I've done that as well, I thought it might be a better fit. To this point, I've received no work from it either, and don't hold out a lot of hope. As previously mentioned, where I think Contently does well is by giving you an online portfolio, additional resources like a blog for learning, and a rates database for publications.
it is a much much simpler tool to use, the pick up and go nature of the software lends well to a busy team. with minimal training almost everyone can figure out the software just playing around with it. and if you want to learn more complex parts of the system there is the academy to help
Contently contributors have produced some great inbound marking posts and creative materials saving our marketing team significant time allowing them to focus on more strategic plans for the business.
The amount of time Contently has saved our internal creative writing staff has more than paid for itself!
