CoreIntegrator Workflow vs. Datamatics FINATO

I have found CoreIntegrator to work well for our needs as an Accounts Payable workflow solution. The system was implemented with very little internal technical assistance. It can be administered by a business user without a great deal of technical knowledge because the CI support staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

• Getting information into the system is easy.
• The user interfaces are very intuitive.

• Ability to clean up deleted requests
• Simplify so users can create forms and workflows

The support staff at CorIntegrator has always been easy to work with and very effective at solving our issues. The response time for correcting problems has been very good. My experience has been that I work with the same support staff most of the time and that has allowed a good relationship to be built.

We didn't review another product because CoreIntegrator so perfectly met our needs.
