CoreIntegrator Workflow vs. MineralTree

I have found CoreIntegrator to work well for our needs as an Accounts Payable workflow solution. The system was implemented with very little internal technical assistance. It can be administered by a business user without a great deal of technical knowledge because the CI support staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

It's well suited if you would like to negotiate a good price and you are a small company needing an AP solution. However, I would say stick to Bill.com if you want a solution you can grow with.

• The user interfaces are very intuitive.

• Great Customer Service. Whenever there is an issue they are very responsive in helping with the issue.
• At the time it was cheaper than Bill.com for most of the same functionality.
• Integrated with QuickBooks relatively well.

• Simplify so users can create forms and workflows

• We had some improvements that wanted to be made but so far over the 2 years with them they have made the updates we wanted.

The support staff at CorIntegrator has always been easy to work with and very effective at solving our issues. The response time for correcting problems has been very good. My experience has been that I work with the same support staff most of the time and that has allowed a good relationship to be built.

We didn't review another product because CoreIntegrator so perfectly met our needs.

At the time, we had to records transaction twice when we had Bill.com, MineralTree solved that problem.

• AmEx integration will allow us to accrue points on our card.
