It allows you to create profiles of each employee so potential candidates can see who they may be working with, who the company employs, who they may be working for, and whether there is room for upward mobility.

The Org was our first Org Chart software. We also have what amounts to an org chart in Justworks but it isn't laid out as cleanly or as plainly. Before using The Org, the org charting was a bit scattered and many people had problems with chain of command questions
