Chose CoSchedule Marketing Suite
Hootsuite has gotten soooooo expensive in relation to the functionality it provides. The value is just not there compared to when prices were lower for SMBs.
In contrast, CoSchedule Marketing Suite provides huge value for the price and the tiered pricing based on users, number …
CoSchedule is definitely a more powerful marketing tool than Loomly or Buffer, which are more dedicated to straight social media scheduling. I preview the calendar overview offered by CoSchedule, which makes it easy to see everything at a glance. PromoRepublic is similar but …
CoSchedule offers a lot more than some of its competitors, but you have to evaluate what your organization needs and doesn't need. For some organizations, they only need a content planner for social media, and CoSchedule might not be the best fit due to price compared to some …
CoSchedule provides collaborative planning of projects. The calendar view is very well designed. Meetings and tasks can be scheduled and tracked easily. Whatever is being done, no matter how big the task/project is, it gives a bird-eye view of everything. Additionally, it also …
After trying other social media scheduling tools, CoSchedule is my favorite. Like I said previously, it fills the gaps I've found in other tools. I feel more organized with CoSchedule and prefer their mobile app as well.
CoSchedule better supports the content creation and redistribution of content activities. The best thing was that you can get it all automated here, while other tools do not provide with support. I would say CoSchedule is one of the best tools for managing both content and …
Crescendo has some very powerful features such as a built in editor that provides a simpler editing suite than Wordpress, especially valuable for contributors. The fact that it has multiple levels of contributor/author/editor is a real plus. There is also a comments box that …
At the time, PathFactory was selected because the product was way more mature, however with time, and because of it's size and maturity it is less flexible.
I view Advisor and PF as different platforms with different use cases. Advisor for sales enablement, support and training of internal teams vs. PF as a content hub for prospects and existing customers.
As compared to others Pathfactory is the result of breaking down departmental silos, focusing on clients, and automating as much as possible to allow teams to SEIZE EVERY OPPORTUNITY
PathFactory does the same work as Adobe but takes it a step further by providing the tiniest bit of information rather than providing only a holistic overview. These tiny details sure do come in handy when you need them
Similar functionality, easier UX, and lower price. PathFactory seemed a more appropriate tool for an organization of our size where we can't afford to have the whole department engineering a content hub. We needed a quick and easy-to-use tool to deliver value fast.
We directly evaluated Uberfip and PathFactory, and PathFactory fit our use case more. They were more marketing user-focused, whereas Uberflip's main user was sales. Integrating insights into our different systems was key, and PathFactory was the only tool that could do that. …
I like pathfactory. I would be willing to try out another system, so I can compare, but it would be tough to sway me to use another system. Due to the reasonable price, I can’t imagine many others can compete.
Foleon makes sites/pages that are visually dynamic and beautiful but doesn't allow you to use existing content. It also doesn't integrate with Marketo well at all. PathFactory has a far superior Marketo integration and metrics tracking.
CoSchedule does more than just content planning, it helps you organize your content, betters your content with headline analyzers, and allows you to organize your work and marketing calendars as well. If your organization is in a spot where you need a well-rounded tool to help with content, marketing, or even task organization, CoSchedule might be the right fit.
It's a great tool if you want to create experiences on web and share content with your audience - especially if you want to create bingeable content. For a microsite, I would like to see more modules that build up a page, and great examples for inspiration
The import Google Doc to WordPress functionality never worked successfully or reliably for me. So I just manually copy and paste Google Docs to the WordPress editor instead.
The social sharing counter was not that helpful, because it only counted Facebook and Google+. Who uses Google+ anymore? Plus, now they don't even show the social counter in the monthly calendar view. so you can't see the numbers without doing some extra digging.
In the monthly calendar view, some titles get cut off if they don't wrap cleanly in the day's box. So I would make it look cleaner instead of having words broken up by a hyphen.
Microsite was very hard to build ourselves. Changing the site can be really confusing and is not always intuitive. We have trouble knowing how to update items to get it to work the way we want it to.
Better instructions on how to customize tracks and use the different tools.
Users that come in without UTM parameters should still be included in all data reporting.
We have seen a lot of value from our team's use of Path Factory. We also like working with this vendor as they actually take our feedback and implement it on their roadmap. A great vendor with a great product
The interface is very intuitive, from setting up social profiles, to posting, to tags, to optimizing for best day/time to post. It's super easy to scan the aggregate analytics. The calendar is very easy to grok at a glance, and the more advanced functionality is intuitive to set up.
Overall, I think the tool is fairly easy to use to get a basic content uploaded to create a track and even the more complicated features become easier once you become familiarised with the process
I think there was only one time where we had issues reaching our account manager, otherwise PathFactory was always willing to hop on the phone to talk through strategy, to work through issues, and help build custom solutions to fit our needs. Customer service is a big selling point of PathFactory.
The analytics and reports feature is fairly new and have proved very popular with many areas of our business and is growing in popularity. The metrics that are attainable are very insightful and provides a clear picture on the performance of the track.
I didn't have to use their official support, but I can say that they put out a lot of content online to help users. Their YouTube page has quite an array of tutorial videos explaining how things work and how to get the most out of their tools. If you're struggling, before picking up a phone or blasting off an email, try searching for your problem on YouTube or their forums.
Working with the Solutions Consultants is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go way above and beyond - ie working in our Marketo instance to trouble shoot form issues. Love having access to chat the support team in-app. CSMs are knowledgeable and we also get to draw on the expertise of marketers inside PathFactory
I was able to browse around the tool quite easily once some basic training was given. I learnt much from using those method and only needed further help when wanting to learn about Reports, External codes and adding forms.
The customer service, from technical through to customer success, is one of the biggest reasons I'd recommend PathFactory. This is true of their training. It can be as bespoke as you like, at least in my experience, and the team is always willing (where possible) to incorporate your suggestions.
Any implementation of a tool like PathFactory is going to be a heavy lift in terms of organization, strategy, tracking, and execution. However, we on boarded at a time where a lot of what we wanted to do with PathFactory had to be custom built, from CTA buttons to matching the brand to the landing page look, it took a ton of work and a lot of time from other departments to execute and to feel truly “ready.”
CoSchedule is definitely a more powerful marketing tool than Loomly or Buffer, which are more dedicated to straight social media scheduling. I preview the calendar overview offered by CoSchedule, which makes it easy to see everything at a glance. PromoRepublic is similar but has the added Canva-type integration, which makes it more appealing to our clients who want to be able to easily put together their own images. CoSchedule is a bit pricy, which can be prohibitive for clients who don't pay in dollars.
I used Uberflip in a past company. I think they are pretty comparable. From what I remember, Uberflip was more intuitive to use, but I think PathFactory might have more capabilities. Although this was years ago, I am not aware of Uberflip's functionality now. I have had good experiences with both.
Pathfactory is growing in popularity amongst individuals from different parts of the organisation and it would be difficult to forecast how scalable this can become
Simple and consistent landing pages without needing web or design teams. Huge time saver for us and helps our team be more efficient.
Searchable, filterable collateral library for internal use. Again, this helps us be more efficient and also makes sure that teams have the right and updated resources, as that's been hard to manage.
Providing a method for reps to provide curated content to prospects without Marketing intervention. Helping push deals down the funnel.
