Dropbox DocSend helps business professionals to securely share and control content. Dropbox DocSend's link-based system is used to set security preferences for each stakeholder, receive notifications each time someone views a file, analyze content performance on a page-by-page basis, and create modern virtual deal rooms. With DocSend, business can offload administrative burdens and securely share the most impactful proprietary information faster. DocSend’s Virtual…
Juniper Square is the No. 1 option for institutional developers and investors. Since we don't have hundreds of millions of dollars in AUM, we chose Covercy since it was largely the same and more affordable.
We've only used one other portal. There are features that I liked about the other platform. Most of which, I've already stated. Investors can add their own profile information. Being able to send emails with attachments. Covercy has better customer service. Your doc signing is …
We have utilized Syndication Pro and it is a night and day difference between the two. The most noticeable is the investor portal where the ease of use and the information that is readily accessible to the investor makes it a much better overall user experience. This alone was …
Most of them provide similar functions, but for me it was a matter of simplicity and cost. Covercy makes the most sense for our team and for our investors. The lighter our spend, the lighter our fees can be.
Covercy was better suited for our needs. More customizable solutions and a more intuitive platform. AppFolio is our PM software and even despite this (at a similar price point) we chose Covercy.
Covery seemed to have the lowest administrative fees and is one of the only companies that allows transfers originating in Israel to western countries.
I believe that Covercy is the only solution that is currently allowing Real Estate firms to distribute funds to their investors directly through the platform. Also, both other solutions are pretty expensive compared to the reasonable pricing that Covercy has in place (function …
I don't remember the names of the other products we looked at, but Covercy was much more cost-effective than the other 3-4 products we demoed and offered a more holistic service.
DocSend wins hands down with the usability and basic features. The insights on individual page engagement itself makes DocSend a way more effective product than Adobe Send & Track. Finally the pricing is just unparalleled.
Everyone uses multiple services from many companies. It's key if a breach happens or a hack or downtime. So there is nothing to do about some Force Majeure Selecting Dropbox for files is like selecting Paypal for online payments, it has marketed its space but the fees are high.
DocSend is more convenient than DocuSign if you are already using dropbox, otherwise a lot of these solutions come down to pricing and preference on user interface. For us, DocSend was great until our needs changed to needing a more sophisticated contract management tool. With …
In terms of organization for cloud services, competitors are very well placed in the market. But the ease of docsend is far superior. For users who are not used to these platforms, it is certainly the best tool we have on the market. When it comes to editing and sharing files …
I have tried Notion and Google Docs earlier. Even though Notion helps me know who has viewed the doc, and their last visit - it still doesn't tell me how many times has a doc been visited, which areas did they focus on. Google Drive only lets me know the change history of the …
I manage a lot of information from different customers, in many cases, the customer wants to keep the information safe and confidential, the interface in many cases is easy to use, so take some time to adapt to that and, in addition, the share feature provides more flexibility …
We have chosen DocSend because it has some features that others doesn't have, such as security features monitoring files you have uploaded in it. In addition, you can securely disable the online PDF if you want people to input a password or require an email address before …
Our organization previously used ClearSlide but switched to DocSend as a cost savings. It was not made clear during the sales process that DocSend does not natively possess audio conferencing or screen-share capabilities. We had to add on the join.me integration after the fact, …
DocSend is more robust than Dropbox Showcase for building data rooms but doesn't look nearly as nice from a marketing/sales standpoint. When comparing either to iDeals they are lightweight solutions while iDeals is built for M&A activities. I personally want something in …
Covercy has been the ultimate Investor Portal that we have utilized as an organization thus far. From the outstanding customer service that we continue to see, to the ease of use that the software provides both for our investors and us on the back end make it a no-brainer for continuing to partner together.
It's super great for sharing sales collateral, investor pitch slide decks, and other one-time viewing content. It's mainly built for sales but has been a huge benefit as a small startup. It best for PDF content that is okay to be horizontally oriented and scrolled (e.g. the forward and back buttons are on the side of the viewing interface).
$3 Million in FDIC Insurance Account protection is unsurpassed and highly attractive to our project managers and investors.
The Onboarding of over 100 investors was simple and efficient using a spreadsheet import.
The Technical Staff was very helpful and supportive during our startup phase and handled project startup delays beautifully.
Covercy was able to handle member payouts that involved compilcated and varied bonus structures and 15 different income generating assets with varied investor contributors and we had great support in figuring out how to handle the profit distributions.
The Covercy Account Managers were highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
Covercy's customer service team has been responsive when we call-in asking about features that were not present at the on-boarding stage. They appreciated our feedback and made improvements to the portal that were helpful to our investors. We had a client service rep that we could call and was responsive.
We've only used one other portal. There are features that I liked about the other platform. Most of which, I've already stated. Investors can add their own profile information. Being able to send emails with attachments. Covercy has better customer service. Your doc signing is better and works all the time vs the other, not working most of the time. The other platform had more sender fields available, which was a better investor experience
Our organization previously used ClearSlide but switched to DocSend as a cost savings. It was not made clear during the sales process that DocSend does not natively possess audio conferencing or screen-share capabilities. We had to add on the join.me integration after the fact, which has not worked well. When our contract is up with DocSend we will be moving back to ClearSlide
The ROI I can provide is for time management. It saves us at least 2 days' worth of work each quarter on capital distributions alone, and at least 30 minutes on each report distribution. Not to mention the amount of time it saves us on fielding client questions regarding their capital because they can just log in and see everything on their portal.
