Crelate Talent is well suited for applicant management. It also works functionally well with other job boards and websites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Crelate Talent seems to be mainly used for a mid- to large-scale business rather than a small business, for an applicant tracking system, as the management features work best with an existing candidate pool.
GoHire was the place where I got my job for 3 years and going. This application has alot if potential for small business. Another thing I would love if they have is pop up interviews or some sort of programs to have more direct contact to the company. Highly recommended site.
Usually the Crelate support is very responsive and quick to fix any problems that arise. I've personally seen emails of the threads where Crelate support was quick to resolve problems and act courteously while doing so. While I have never called their line, it seems that their phone support is also well experienced.

We opted to upgrade to GoHire as we can list all our jobs in one place and provide a link on WordPress to our overall job board. This is saving us time and money, as it reduces the search that need to happen to find candidates emails or submitted forms.
