I t works well on automating tasks around till how long one needs to hold on to the data and then retire the documents as well. Some areas where the Google Vault would be less useful is if some documents needs to be used frequently and they are put in the vault as Google Vault is expensive to use very frequently. Google Vault is very smooth and easy to implement with orgs already using Google Workspace for business.
